OUR CONSULTANTS Our coaches and consultants are a blend of experience and education. Many hold Ph.D.s, all have extensive management and industry experience as well as specific training to enable them to work deeply with individuals, groups, and organizations. You will get compassionate, bright, and committed partners in change processes. Many have addtional training and experience in therapeutic environments and we can provide a rich support system for virtually any client situation. We have an expanding global presence, with coaches in the United States, Canada, and Brazil. All have extensive international and multi-cultural experience.
Elizabeth "Liz" Thach, Ph.D. is a management professor and consultant who delivers high-impact, results-focused coaching and leadership programs. Her areas of expertise are executive coaching, change management, strategy development, human resource management, and international leadership development. Her work experience encompasses the high-tech, telecom, energy, and wine industry segments. Liz brings over 18 years of leadership experience to her coaching work, based on management and executive positions with Compaq, MediaOne (now AT&T), Amoco, and Texas Instruments, as well as numerous consulting and teaching experiences. She has worked in more than 15 countries, and has coached hundreds of leaders worldwide. Prior to making a work/life transition into her current role as Associate Professor of Management at Sonoma State University, Liz managed the executive development and coaching process for more than 500 executives at MediaOne. In this role, she also worked on merger integration teams to assist in the transition of human resource processes from MediaOne to AT&T. |
