José Roberto de “Melo”, MBA - Leadership Development and Executive Coach

Jos� Roberto de �Melo� has been working as a HR Director as well as HR Specialist in several transnational companies in Brazil and in Europe.

Throughout his career he has been appointed to closely work with all kinds of professional groups from shop floor to high top executives.

His communication skills allow him to move across the different levels of an organization dealing with subjects such as: leadership skills development, teamworking, strategic and operational thinking and planning, human resources management.

He brings over 30 years of management experience, as an executive and internal consultant, based on Brazilian and multinational companies.

He is graduated in Biology and Education with MBA in Human Resources and in International Business at the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil), Vanderbilt University (USA) and Cambridge University (England).
