Our coaches and consultants are a blend of experience and education. Many hold Ph.D.s, all have extensive management and industry experience as well as specific training to enable them to work deeply with individuals, groups, and organizations. You will get compassionate, bright, and committed partners in change processes. Many have addtional training and experience in therapeutic environments and we can provide a rich support system for virtually any client situation.

We have an expanding global presence, with coaches in the United States, Canada, and Brazil. All have extensive international and multi-cultural experience.

Jane Cavanaugh - Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach

Jane Cavanaugh is an accomplished leadership coach, trainer and consultant with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, teams and leaders in a wide variety of collaborative settings. Her core strengths are in leadership development, performance improvement, team effectiveness and collaborative decision-making.

Jane’s diverse work experience spans multiple industries and settings, many of them global and multi-cultural, including high tech, biotech, finance, transportation, communication, energy, small business and non-profit. She has been both internal and external consultant, held managerial positions, lead change initiatives and coached hundreds of leaders at various organizational levels. She is an engaging facilitative trainer, certified as a master trainer in several Interaction Associates courses on facilitative leadership, coaching, meeting management, decision-making, and team effectiveness courses. In her private coaching practice, she focuses primarily on leaders and small business owners who want to take their business or personal performance to the next level of success.

Jane has a B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz and did graduate work in psychology at JFK University. She is a certified NLP Coach and certified NLP Master Practitioner through the NLP & Coaching Institute of California.
