Our coaches and consultants are a blend of experience and education. Many hold Ph.D.s, all have extensive management and industry experience as well as specific training to enable them to work deeply with individuals, groups, and organizations. You will get compassionate, bright, and committed partners in change processes. Many have addtional training and experience in therapeutic environments and we can provide a rich support system for virtually any client situation.

We have an expanding global presence, with coaches in the United States, Canada, and Brazil. All have extensive international and multi-cultural experience.

Marsh Clegg, MBA - Change Consultant and Coach.

Marsh Clegg has spent his professional life in a variety of leadership and project management capacities. He has led and consulted to technology and ERP implementation as well as business transformations during large scale restructuring efforts. He has recently consulted to a large ERP in the area of change and communications. He served in various management and leadership capacities with Chevron in both U.S. and international capacities. He has led multi-national project teams and project teams focused on global supply chain and procurement.

Marsh was previously the director of the US Navy Nuclear Power School and a Chief Engineer on US Navy Nuclear Submarines. He has a B.S. in Math and Naval Engineering from Annapolis and an MBA in International Business and Finance from Haas School at Berkeley.
