'Changing Organization ': A One Day Introductory Workshop

OVERVIEW: This workshop provides a framework for understanding the nature of organizational change, together with useful concepts and tools for the work of changing organization. The agenda is built around The Ten Tasks of Change (Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer, 2001), a step-by-step whole system view of collaborative change. It is highly experiential with supportive mini-lectures and examples. The learning is grounded in participant experience and by small group discussions of workshop exercises, ideas and applications.

'Your Emotional I.Q.' : - A One Day Workshop

OVERVIEW: Research shows that emotional intelligence can be more important to success in life than mental intelligence. After all, it doesn't seem to matter how good your ideas are if you can't get them heard or positively influence others. This workshop focuses on the the major domains of emotional intelligence and how you can increase your abilities in each one. The day includes exercises, enlightenment, and a guarantee of expanded self-awareness. Your learnings will be immediately useful in all areas of your life: work, family, relationships and community. Also included is a self-assessment of your emotional iq (EQ), feedback, and personal action plans based on those findings.

'Executive Coach Training' : - Three 3 Day Sessions in Santa Barbara, CA

OVERVIEW: The course offering will include Coaching Skills and Practice Development, Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching, How to use the Assessments in Coaching, Field techniques of Executive Coaching and Feedback and Personal Development Plan.
